Jacopo Ragusa (Florence, 1996) is an Italian digital specialist, content creator and web designer . He currently operates at the innovation studio Kinoa Innovation Studio[1] in Florence, where he leads the design of CMS-based websites (WordPress ed Elementor), the integration of AI workflows and automations, digital communication strategies, and creative solutions for clients.
Characterized by a versatile and multidisciplinary profile, he blends a solid background in humanities and political science with a passion for emerging technologies and rapid experimentation in AI-assisted vibecoding (Google Antigravity, Claude, Codex, Gemini) to craft interactive prototypes, web apps, and serious games. Raised in Florence, during his high school years he completed a study abroad experience in the United States as an Exchange Student in Cape Coral (Florida, 2014), attending an American high school and graduating with top honors.
Upon returning to Italy, he pursued university studies in political science and international relations, spending six months in Barcelona (Spain) in 2018 under the Erasmus+ program at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. In 2019, he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Florence[3].
Driven by a growing interest in technology and communication ecosystems, in 2021 he graduated with top marks from the 1st-Level University Master in Digital Transformation at the same institution, exploring digital business models, innovation management, design thinking methodologies, and tech transition strategies.
Career and professional activity[edit]
Early experiences, internships and Public Sector (2019—2021)
In 2019, he completed a curricular internship as Social Media & Operations Intern at Accent International School, supporting operational management and institutional storytelling.
Throughout 2020, he collaborated as a Digital Project Intern with the Municipality of Florence, analyzing innovation initiatives and digital transformation for citizen services. Subsequently, between 2020 and 2021, he served in the Universal Civil Service at the Social Sciences Library of the University of Florence, managing user technical support, cataloging, and database management.
Kinoa Innovation Studio (2021 — present)
Joining Kinoa Innovation Studio in 2021, Jacopo embarked on a path of continuous growth and multidisciplinary exploration. Initially focused on communication, social media, and visual design, he progressively expanded his scope to web design with WordPress and Elementor, SEO optimization, multimedia content curation, and the integration of AI-driven workflows (prompt engineering, automation, and AI agents).
Today he operates as a Web Designer & Digital Specialist and focal point for the studio's web and digital area: coordinating the design and launch of over 30 web portals, managing client relations, and collaborating closely with cross-functional departments. His natural versatility and passion for experimentation also lead him to provide strategic support and creative consulting across interdisciplinary projects.
